Remoty is an Augmented Reality (AR) powered support platform that provides users with quick access to guidance, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems from remote experts over video.

This project took place as a full-time job between January 2018 and January 2019. I worked in Remoty as in-house Product Lead Designer.
I was responsible for the research, interaction design, visual design, copywriting and branding.
I worked on complex user flows in different scenarios. I had also to analyze different user problems based on feedback from the actual client. I built the style guide of the product and started to map the elements to create the design system for our product.
